📄 Equipment Loan Agreement

By proceeding to checkout and reserving this item, the borrower (parent or guardian) agrees to the following terms:

1. Care of Equipment: The borrower agrees to take reasonable care of the equipment and return it in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
2. Return Date: The borrower agrees to return the equipment by August 23, 2026, unless a paid extension has been arranged in advance with Isaïa Labs.
3. Loss or Damage: The borrower accepts responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair costs will be the borrower’s responsibility.
4. Supervision: The borrower (parent/guardian) agrees to supervise appropriate use of the equipment by minors.
5. No Sublending: The equipment may not be lent, given, or transferred to any third party without prior written consent from Isaïa Labs.
6. Agreement: Completing checkout on this listing constitutes acceptance of these terms on behalf of the borrower.
